Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using DexConX, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

License

DexConX grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software in accordance with your subscription plan. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or resell the software without authorization.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use DexConX only for lawful purposes and only to access devices you are authorized to access. You must not use DexConX to gain unauthorized access to any computer or network.

Accounts & Authorization

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any devices you authorize for unattended access. DexConX is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from compromised credentials.

Sessions & Consent

Remote sessions require explicit authorization from the remote user or prior unattended access setup. DexConX does not facilitate hidden remote sessions.

Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis according to your selected billing cycle. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Disclaimer

DexConX is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the software.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of DexConX after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
